R&D Expenditures

Expenditure on research and development at Henkel amounted to 408 million euros in 2012, compared to 410 million euros in the previous year. The share of sales (R&D ratio) thus was 2.5 percent. Without the restructuring charges, the figure would have been 2.6 percent.
